Goodbyes are hard.

Today I had to say goodbye to a colleague who has made the decision to move on.

I have not worked with him long. Only a couple of months.

But it was a great time. He is smart, and what is much more important, easy to work with.

I’m not saying that he was the only one of his kind around the office. But, we were both new, and both had a similar point of view.

I wish him the best of luck for the future. But I wouldn’t be sorry to see him come back ☺
